In addition to whitewater rafting, the town of Hot Springs and the surrounding area in Madison County, North Carolina, offer a variety of activities.
Take a hike along the Appalachian Trail , go horse back riding, soak in the outdoor prvate tubs or relax witha massage at the Hot Springs Spa, visit the local shops, or take a short 40-minute scenic drive to nearby Asheville, where you can access the Blue Ridge Parkway or visit the Biltmore House.
